I decided to reframe my business situation!

Oh, I hate to be stuck. Stuck in thoughts, in business. Lately, I found myself stuck in my own business situation.

My business is good. Actually, it always was. I am selling customised leadership development programmes for bigger corporations. It is rewarding too: working with amazing people. And doing something what everyone should do all the time, learn.

First came BREXIT, then COVID, then the war in Ukraine and finally the whole world economy went pear shape. I appreciate that they are still companies that sell stuff like my local bakery hot bacon butties. Well, that is not me.

My wife says that I am the master of reframing.

Reframing is “…a way of changing the way you look at something and, thus, changing your experience of it.”

Wikipedia writes: “Cognitive reframing is a psychological technique that consists of identifying and then changing the way situations, experiences, events, ideas, and/or emotions are viewed.”

Reframing is an amazing way of making sure that you are living the life. Try to look at situations at least from two different ways.

Why would you say: My business is down. While you can reframe: My (bad) business
