I have to admit. I was never big, never had diabetes 2, and I always fit into a plane seat without an extended belt.
But turning 50, I noticed “love handles”, back pain and my knees were not my friend, mostly.
Today, I am fitter than most 50+. I am slimmer, more active and certainly stronger. And that without diet, being a gym rat or torturing myself…
